The sessions are aimed at children aged 5–9 and are split into two age groups. The main focus is to create a fun, welcoming and positive environment where children of all abilities can enjoy football, build confidence, develop basic skills and feel part of the group.
This is not an elite football programme. We want every child to feel included, encouraged and excited to come back each week, regardless of their current ability or experience.
There may also be an opportunity in the future to develop these sessions into a more formal football club structure.

- Managing behaviour in a calm and positive way.
- Encouraging confidence, teamwork, effort and enjoyment.
- Setting up and packing away equipment before and after sessions.
- Building good relationships with children and parents.
- Representing P&E Sports in a professional and friendly manner.
- Supporting the future growth of the sessions, including the potential development of a football club.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic, reliable and confident working with children.
- Passionate about football and child development.
- Able to make sessions fun and inclusive for all abilities.
- Patient, positive and encouraging.
