SSO Logistics is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our team. We’re looking for a motivated and organised Warehouse Administrator to join our friendly team! If you thrive on maintaining smooth operations and have an eye for detail, this role is ideal for you.
What you’ll do:
- Schedule daily goods-in and goods-out in our calendar
- Manage workflow for the warehouse team through our WMS system
- Carry out regular stock checks and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with customers via email and phone
- Support the warehouse supervisor with general admin and reporting
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment
What we’re looking for:
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Previous experience in a warehouse admin or coordination role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Knowledge of food storage is preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
