Travis Baker an RSK Group company are recruiting for an Administrator to join the team based in Halesowen, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.
The Admin Assistant plays an important role in providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of office and business operations. This position supports internal teams by managing general administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and maintaining accurate records.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues. By delivering efficient administrative support, the Admin Assistant contributes to overall team productivity and business effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office activities
- Manage incoming communications, including calls, emails, shared inboxes, and enquiries, directing them as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes such as holiday requests, reports, and document control
- Coordinate office logistics, including meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, inductions, and office supplies
- Assist with document preparation, including printing, scanning, formatting, and obtaining signatures
- Support basic system administration and data management tasks as required
- Organise and coordinate general office requirements such as lunch orders and parking permits
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and assist with general office coordination tasks
- Provide flexible support across the team, responding to ad hoc administrative requests in a timely manner
Qualifications / Experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential

Pay: £21,157.50-£24,784.50 per year
