Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our holiday rentals are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role involves preparing properties for incoming guests, cleaning linen in the property, maintaining a pristine environment, and delivering excellent service to enhance guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a welcoming experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- You must have your own cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries as required.
- Clean linen and towels using the washer and driers provided
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning.
- Ensure all appliances and fixtures are in working order and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines during cleaning procedures.
- Organise cleaning schedules to ensure timely turnover between guest stays.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation in all areas of the property to meet guest expectations.
Skills
- Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles is highly desirable.
- Experience working within hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus for preparing welcome packs or light refreshments for guests.
- Must have a smart Phone as we use Turnover BNB for calendar bookings and tasks.
- Driver preffered
- Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction through professional communication and attention to detail.
- Organised with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple properties.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment usage with an emphasis on eco-friendly practices preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Pay: £75.00 per day
