As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions that make a real difference. You’ll lead projects, mentor junior colleagues, and build lasting client relationships—all while contributing to the strategic growth of our dynamic team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and deliver exceptional building surveying services across diverse projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities
- Prepare and submit tender submissions with strategic insight.
- Collaborate with Partners on project planning, reporting, and fee updates.
- Drive team profitability and cross-disciplinary referrals.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years experience in a Building Surveyor role
- Already started or looking to start APC to Chartered Membership
- A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded professional with a passion for the built environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Access to a vehicle and a clean driving licence.
