We primarily serve corporate clients, alongside cultural organisations and charities, providing end to end creative design, project management and technical event production. The role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and highly organised BDR to support,
- Prospect research
- CRM management
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email campaigns
- Outbound calling
- Qualifying leads
- Booking appointments for Account Managers or Directors
You will be expected to work at least part time from our Milton Keynes base to build your knowledge of the team and culture. This will help you research new sectors, identify routes to market and help coordinate targeted outreach to prospective clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching new markets, sectors, trends, competitors and prospective clients
- Identifying credible routes to market and building accurate prospect lists
- Coordinating targeted campaigns and personalised outreach
- Connecting marketing activity with the sales funnel and supporting effective lead follow up
- Maintaining accurate prospect and campaign information within our CRM
- Using analytics and results to recommend improvements
- Making appointments for account managers to pitch services
- Protecting Chameleon’s tone of voice, brand identity and reputation
The skills you need to succeed
You will be a confident communicator who can turn ideas, information and live event activity into clear and engaging content.
You will need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
- The confidence to work with colleagues, clients, venues and suppliers
- A proactive approach to finding prospects
- An understanding of campaigns, target audiences and customer journeys
- The ability to manage several priorities and meet deadlines
- An interest in live events, creative production and business to business sales and marketing
- An understanding of CRM systems, Linkedin, prospect data sources, email marketing systems
- A valid UK driving licence and passport

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
