Cover Supervisors – Waltham Forest & Newham
£100–£120 per day PAYE | Daily Supply | Secondary Schools
We are currently recruiting confident Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Waltham Forest and Newham.
We’re looking for people who are confident stepping into a classroom, managing behaviour and delivering pre-set work across all subjects. You don't need to be a specialist in every subject – we're looking for individuals who are comfortable taking responsibility for a whole class and ensuring lessons run smoothly in the absence of the usual teacher.
The role:
- Covering lessons across KS3 & KS4
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
- Managing a full classroom confidently and effectively
- Maintaining a positive learning environment
- Supporting students with their work
- Following school behaviour and safeguarding procedures
- Working on a daily supply basis, giving you flexibility over the days you work
We're looking for:
- Previous experience working with secondary-aged students
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- The ability to cover a range of subjects
- Reliable, punctual and adaptable individuals
- Someone who can confidently take charge of a classroom
- A positive and professional approach
- Availability for regular daily supply work
