Job Introduction
Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Soft FM Cleaning teams based on sites across Tower Hamlets.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
This position will involve travelling to numerous community centres across the Tower Hamlets area. The cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that all areas in the centres are cleaned to the highest standard. The sites will need to be visited in line with set schedules, to ensure all properties are cleaned within the measured period. Along side the set cleaning schedule, the operative will also be expected to complete ad hoc cleaning tasks as required.

This is a part time position and the hours will be 7am to 10am, Monday to Friday.
Due to the mobile nature of this role, a Full UK Driving Licence would be essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

Cleaning of multiple sites within a scheme.

Cleaning of internal/external glazing (up to 2.5m).

Ensure that internal communal areas and facilities are clean, hygienic, and free from litter, bulky refuse and health and safety risks.

To keep the equipment, clean and damage free, report to manager when necessary.

Care and maintenance of company vehicle and reporting any damage or defects

Use of Job Watch (Smart Phone based) to carry out the jobs everyday
Key requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence.

Strong cleaning experience.

Knowledge of the use of chemicals (COSHH) and Health and Safety legislation is desirable
