Support Workers within the Flintshire Area
Just ONE is seeking Zero Hours (Bank) Support Workers in the Flintshire area.
This is a flexible role with no guaranteed hours, ideal for individuals looking to work around other commitments, pick up shifts as available, or gain experience in care. There are also opportunities for regular hours depending on service needs and your availability.

About the Role
We provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and shifts are offered on a flexible basis, including:
- Early shifts
- Late shifts
- Waking nights
- Sleep-ins (in some services)
As a Zero Hours Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to accept shifts that suit you, while playing a vital role in supporting the people we care for.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes
- Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation
- Administer medication as prescribed and follow care plans
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in individuals’ wellbeing
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Knowledge of patient care, first aid, and medication administration
- Ability to support individuals with assisted living needs
- Strong communication skills and a caring, person-centred approach
