We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly motivated Family Group Conference (FGC) Senior Business Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Family Group Conference and Lifelong Links Service.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the service, ensuring the smooth coordination of referrals, case management processes, meetings, finance administration and performance reporting. You will work closely with Managers, Co-ordinators, Social Workers and partner agencies to support children, young people and families.
Duties include: case and referral administration, document management, meeting and diary coordination, complex minute taking, finance administration, data and performance reporting, systems and database management.
We are looking for someone who has the following:
- Ability to minute and produce accurate records of meetings.
- Ability to to effectively organise and prioritise own and team workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Knowledge of using email and software such as the Microsoft Office Suite with a good understanding of managing calendars and setting up MS Teams calls.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with a good understanding of maintaining spreadsheets and databases, basic formulas in spreadsheets.
