The Lygon Arms is a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Broadway, offering refined yet relaxed dining in a beautiful countryside setting. We’re looking for a hands-on Food Beverage Supervisor to lead service on the floor and support the management team.
This is an operational, guest-facing role, ideal for an experienced supervisor or a strong team leader ready to step up.

You’ll work closely with management but remain floor-focused, leading by example.
- Experience as a Food Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter
- Background in a busy hotel or quality-led restaurant
- Confident communicator, calm under pressure
- Passionate about service, hospitality, and a positive team culture
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
