Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and office support activities
- Coordinate internal workflows, schedules, documentation, and service requests
- Support team performance, staff training, and operational priorities
- Prepare reports, records, process updates, and management summaries
- Monitor administrative procedures and recommend improvements
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Ensure administrative activities follow company policies and quality standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in administration, business operations, office management, client services, or corporate support
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is preferred
- Experience handling reports, documentation, schedules, and operational processes is an advantage
