We’re looking for reliable self-employed cleaning contractors to join our contractor network for flexible cleaning work across Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and surrounding areas.
Work may include domestic cleaning, communal cleaning, Airbnb/changeovers, deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans and short notice cover.
Jobs are offered as they become available and you are free to accept or decline each job depending on your availability. There are no guaranteed hours, but reliable contractors who consistently deliver a good standard will be prioritised for more regular work.
For strong performers, there will also be opportunities to move into regular PAYE employment.
We’re looking for contractors who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Experienced in professional cleaning preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable travelling between properties
- Able to invoice for completed work
- Legally permitted to undertake self-employed work in the UK
- Able to provide valid Public Liability Insurance
- Own transport strongly preferred
Own cleaning equipment/products are preferred, although this may vary depending on the job.
We are recruiting immediately and already have work available.
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2.0 – 20.0 per week
