Purpose Of the Role:
To support the Inside Sales function by assisting with customer engagement, maintaining sales data, and helping to develop and manage client relationships. You will play a key role in supporting business growth by providing excellent customer service and contributing to sales-related activities and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Inside Sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers
- Assist with customer communications, including handling queries, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of service
- Maintain and update customer information and activity within internal systems (CRM), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Prepare basic pricing information, quotations, and sales-related documentation under guidance
- Assist with account management activities, including tracking shipments and supporting customer requirements
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery for customers
- Support the creation of reports on customer activity, sales performance, and KPIs
- Help identify opportunities for customer growth and improved service offerings
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the sales function, including inbox management and coordination of information
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally, directing queries appropriately and supporting customer needs
