Darcy Design & Build are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer or Skilled Labourer to join our growing team.
We specialise in high-quality residential renovations, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and listed buildings throughout Bath and Bristol. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to become part of a professional, quality-focused team.
This is initially for Tuesday to Thursday each week, with the opportunity for additional days and longer-term work for the right person.
Responsibilities
- General site labouring
- Assisting skilled tradespeople
- Site preparation and strip-out works
- Loading and unloading materials
- Keeping sites clean, tidy and organised
- Assisting with installations and general building works
- Supporting the team to deliver projects to a high standard
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking with a positive attitude
- Keen to learn and develop
- Able to work well within a small team
- Experienced in construction (preferred but not essential)
- Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
