Flower Pots Day Nursery are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Room Leader to become part of our friendly team based in Tring.
This role is a full- time position with the opportunity to grow your childcare career with
additional training and promotion opportunities.
Duties:
- Safeguarding the children
- observing and recording the children’s development.
- carry out age appropriate activities.
- Maintain and safe and welcoming environment.
- Adhering to the nursery policies and procedures always.
- Building positive and successful relationships with children, parents and staff within the settings. .
- Leading the team within your room to ensure best practice
- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times
- Support the management team within the setting
INHP
A clean enhanced DBS check will be required for this position – Please note Flower Pots Day
Nursery will look to obtain this when you start with us.
Full and relevant Level 3 qualification
Previous experience of working within an early years setting.
