Position Description:
The Operation Executive position primarily involves administrative tasks and customer service functions within the company.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing bookings and reservations.
- Liaising with intermediaries and tourist/cultural attractions.
- Providing information about our services and assisting customers.
- Assisting during tour operations and handling any situations that arise.
- Occasionally conducting tours
Work Schedule:
- This is a Full-time position with a five-day workweek, consisting of 7.5 paid hours per day plus a half-hour break.
- Due to the nature of the business, the summer months, particularly August, experience the highest demand.
Essential Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Spoken and written proficiency in Italian & Spanish
- Ability to handle customer enquiries in person, via email, and over the phone.
Desirable Characteristics:
- Highly valued: Proficiency in Spanish & Italian
- Experience in reservation management, liaising with tourist or cultural attractions, and customer relations.
- Experience in customer service within stressful situations or handling complaints.
- Managing client quotes
- General knowledge of tourist attractions in Scotland.
Salary
- Salary: Starting on £27000 - £32000
