This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate to work as part of a successful team at High Cross Primary School. The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, innovative and inspirational teacher.

Whilst it is expected that this post may initially be within Progression Step 1/2, we strongly encourage applicants who can confidently teach across the 3-11 age range.

- Is passionate about providing authentic learning opportunities for all children through an inspiring, creative curriculum
- Is able to identify areas of improvement and contribute creatively to help to continue to improve our school
- Is a committed team player and role model with proven ability to lead, challenge and empower children and colleagues
- Is enthusiastic, motivated and caring
- Has the ability to build on the excellent relationships that have been established with our pupils, families, cluster and wider community
- Is passionate and committed to continuous professional learning for themselves and others
- Possesses excellent communication and personal skills.
The appointment process will involve an interview with members of the school leadership team and a lesson observation.
