Debron Fabrication Ltd is a growing steel fabrication company specialising in structural steelwork, pipework and CNC plasma cutting.
We are looking for a highly organised individual to take ownership of our Health, Safety and Compliance administration while also providing day to day administrative support to our office team.
This is a key role within the business, ensuring our compliance systems are maintained to a high standard while helping keep projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all Health & Safety administration.
- Prepare and maintain RAMS, site documentation and H&S files.
- Manage training records, certifications and competency matrices.
- Maintain subcontractor approvals and customer compliance portals.
- Assist with BS EN 1090 quality documentation and records.
- Ensure company accreditations and compliance documentation remain up to date.
- Support ISO and quality management systems (experience desirable).
- Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
- General office administration.
About You
You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for compliance within a busy engineering environment.
Ideally you'll have experience in:
- Health & Safety administration.
- Construction, engineering or steel fabrication.
- BS EN 1090 documentation
- Contractor accreditation systems, i.e. Safe Contractor
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

This position is full time, the hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, however, we are willing to be flexible and there may be the option to work 7:00am - 3:30pm.
