Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant/Graduate Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone starting their accounting career to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of finance functions.
You will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, assist with reporting and reconciliations, and work closely with senior finance staff to ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
Key Responsibilities

Support the processing of purchase invoices, sales invoices

Processing staff expenses

Assisting with blank reconciliation and cashbook management

Supporting month end and year end finance processes

Maintaining accurate financial records

Preparing journals and supporting balance sheet reconciliation

Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable accounts

Assisting with VAT returns and compliance tasks

Supporting audits and finance reporting activities
