The Role
As a Sports Coach, you will deliver engaging and structured sessions to children aged 3–11 across a variety of settings including:
- Primary schools (PE & clubs)
- Nurseries (early years sport)
- Wraparound care (breakfast & after school clubs)
- Holiday camps
You’ll be responsible for creating a fun, safe and positive environment where every child feels included.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fun, engaging and well-structured sessions
- Adapt activities for different ages and abilities
- Manage behaviour in a positive and professional way
- Ensure sessions are safe and well organised
- Represent Super Star Sport to a high standard
- Work as part of a team and support other coaches
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with children
- Positive energy and strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Ability to manage groups confidently
- A team player with a willingness to learn and improve
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with children (coaching, schools, camps etc.)
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Sports coaching qualification (e.g. FA Level 1/2 or similar)
- First Aid qualification
- Safeguarding certificate

Pay
£12.50–£20 per hour (depending on experience)
