About the Role
You'll deliver engaging apprenticeship programmes through both classroom and virtual delivery.
Working closely with apprentices and employers, you'll provide outstanding teaching, coaching and assessment, helping learners develop the technical knowledge, practical skills and confidence they need to succeed in their careers.
Your Responsibilities
You'll:
· Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and training
· Coach and mentor apprentices throughout their learning journey
· Assess learner work and provide constructive, timely feedback
· Monitor learner progress and support successful achievement
· Build positive relationships with employers
· Maintain accurate learner records and comply with apprenticeship funding requirements
· Contribute to continuous improvement across the curriculum
We're Looking For Someone Who
You are passionate about education and industry, with the ability to inspire others.
You'll ideally have:
· Teaching and assessing experience at Levels 3 and 4
· A recognised teaching qualification
· An Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or equivalent)
· At least five years' industry experience within Construction Management, Project Controls or Project Management
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· The ability to motivate learners from a wide range of backgrounds
· A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
· Industry experience as, or with, construction planners
· Experience using Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject
Experience with OneFile, AutoCAD, Revit or TEKLA would be advantageous but is not essential.
