At Freddie’s Farm, we make children’s fruit and veg snacks on our family farm in Kent. We’re a growing business supplying major retailers including Ocado, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Amazon, and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our packing team.
This is a hands-on role working in our factory, helping pack snacks into pouches, cartons and supermarket cases ready for dispatch.
The role includes:
- Packing snacks into retail packaging and outer boxes
- Checking product quality and presentation
- Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
- Building supermarket and Amazon cases
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Supporting the wider production team where needed
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a good eye for detail
- Works well as part of a team
- Is reliable and punctual
- Is happy working in a fast-paced environment
- Can stand for periods of time and carry out repetitive tasks
- Previous factory or packing experience is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided
