Oaklands Farm Eggs are currently recruiting Egg Packers/ Warehouse Operatives for our site based in Burbage, Wiltshire. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable work and long-term prospects.
Important Information:
- Own transport is essential due to the rural location
- Applicants must be 18 or over
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- No sponsorship visas available
Shift Pattern:
- 06:00 – 18:00
- 4 ON / 4 OFF
Pay Rates:
Duties Include but not exclusive:
- Morning set-up duties
- Moving pallets around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading using LLOP equipment - essential
- Working on a packing line
- General warehouse and packing area duties, loading and unloading lorries
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of work areas
- Ensuring Bio Security procedures are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, responsible, and hardworking individuals
- Team players who can also work independently
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Loading and unloading lorries using LLOP equipment
- Flexible attitude with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Physically fit and able to undertake a hands-on role that involves standing, walking, lifting, and being on your feet for long periods throughout the shift
- Able to read and write English confidently, as the role involves accurately completing production records and other paperwork
- Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
