Position: Customer Service Agent
Salary: £26,000 pa
Location: UK Home Working
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am to 1pm (time off in lieu in return)

So what will the role be doing?
- Answering high volumes of calls (up to 100 calls per day) in a busy inbound customer contact centre
- Ensuring excellent customer service to a range of customers
- Working within a KPI and quality driven environment
- Supporting your colleagues and team members
- Liaising with other areas of the business to ensure the best level of customer service
What experience do you need to have to be successful in this customer service advisor role?
- Previous telephone based, call centre customer service experience in either a home working or hybrid role (ESSENTIAL)
- A real team player, always willing to support your colleagues
- Someone who understands what it’s like to work to contact centre KPIs and strives to go above and beyond for the customer to meet personal and company quality targets
- Demonstrates resilience within a customer focussed contact centre role
