The Salary is in line with industry standards and would be Pro Rata based on a day rate along with an attractive commission structure and incentives.
Sales Assistant essential skills:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Strong communication skills,
- Sales focused and able to deliver results,
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service,
- A fast learner,
- Very well presented.
Day to day tasks:
- Providing a friendly welcome to all our in-store customers,
- Window approaches
- High organisation skills with the ability to prioritise own workload,
- Various admin roles,
- Visual merchandising,
- Negotiating and closing own orders,
- Taking full responsibility in achieving individual targets and contribute to team targets.
Please note that the applicant must be able to work weekends as these are our peak times of business.
Experience:
- Retail Sales: 1 year (Required)
- Jewellery experience/knowledge (Preferred)
