About the Role
Sodexo is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at the Johnson & Johnson MedTech site in Leeds. This is a professional corporate and manufacturing environment where high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are essential.
In this role, you will contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming workplace for employees and visitors, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks across office spaces, welfare areas, and controlled production environments

Ensure all areas are maintained in line with site hygiene standards and regulatory requirements

Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols, including the safe use of equipment and materials

Respond promptly to ad hoc cleaning requests as required

Support the wider team in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies at all times
About You
-
Previous cleaning experience within a corporate, healthcare, or manufacturing environment is desirable

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Good communication skills and a professional approach

Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude

Understanding of health and safety practices is advantageous (training will be provided)
