We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive HR Advisor to join our HR Team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of a proactive and customer focused HR Service across the organisation.
Alongside the current HR Team, this role will provide effective support, guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on a comprehensive range of HR matters including employee relations, policy and process, recruitment, training and development.
Working hours: 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE) - 3 working days minimum – specific days/times flexible – to be discussed at interview. Please detail preference within application.
Contract type: Part time, Permanent
Location: Nunnery Depot (Hybrid working arrangements can be discussed – minimum 2 days on site per week)
