About the role
Tuk Tuk Mart is a leading UK online Asian supermarket, and we're growing. We're looking for a reliable, organised and self-motivated person to join our team at our Hang Won Hong store in Manchester. This is a hands-on role keeping our online orders moving smoothly from shelf to doorstep — picking and packing accurately, keeping stock in order, and keeping customers updated along the way.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11am–6pm (32.5 hours per week)
What you'll be doing
- Picking and packing online orders accurately
- Keeping stock and inventory up to date
- Messaging customers about out-of-stock items and order updates
- Handling day-to-day fulfilment tasks to keep orders on schedule
What we're looking for
- Reliable, organised and good with detail
- Pro-active and self-motivated, with a team-player attitude
- Clear, friendly communication with customers
- Comfortable being on your feet and hands-on throughout the day
- Language skills are a plus (many of our customers shop across a range of Asian cuisines)
