Duties
- Lead daily shift operations, ensuring all activities run efficiently and according to company standards
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance performance
- Ensure outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high service standards
- Monitor safety protocols and cleanliness to uphold a safe and inviting environment for guests and staff
- Manage inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure proper product presentation
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and operational flow
- Complete shift reports, incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates to management
Experience
- Proven management experience in a hospitality or customer service environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle fast-paced situations with energy and professionalism
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, including safety procedures and inventory management
- Prior experience in supervising teams or leading shifts is highly preferred
- Effective communication skills to engage with guests and team members alike
