Support the Delivery of Bold Creative Projects
Are you organised, proactive, and eager to play a key role in delivering creative large format print projects? At Leach, we specialise in large format print and production, producing impactful graphics for retail and museum installations worldwide. We’re looking for a Project Co-ordinator who thrives on keeping things moving behind the scenes—supporting the project team to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Project Delivery – Assist in coordinating project stages from briefing through to installation, including artwork handling, proofing processes, and logistics.
- Tracking Budgets & Timelines – Help maintain schedules and update project documentation to keep everything on track.
- Communicating with Clients & Teams – Act as a point of contact for updates, queries, and day-to-day coordination.
- Collaborating Internally – Work alongside production, design, and operations teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
- Problem-Solving & Flexibility – Respond to changes with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
- Improving Processes – Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and support the smooth running of projects.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience in a project support, administration, or co-ordination role—ideally in print, production, or a creative environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
- A team player who can multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic understanding of budgets and timelines, with a willingness to learn more.
- Flexible and proactive attitude, ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
