Reporting into the leadership team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and growth. This is a broad, hands-on role offering significant ownership and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business.
Develop and deliver marketing strategies that support business growth and customer acquisition.
Manage and optimise performance marketing activity across channels including SEO, PPC and paid media.
Track, analyse and report on marketing performance, making data-led recommendations to improve results.
Oversee content marketing and social media activity to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence.
Work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and marketing priorities.
Coordinate the development of marketing assets and manage relationships with external agencies or creative partners.
Support partnership, event and community-based marketing initiatives.
Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and commercially minded marketer with experience promoting digital products or services. They will have a genuine interest in sport and fitness, strong digital marketing expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
3–5 years' marketing experience, ideally within a digital, technology, SaaS or platform-based business.
Proven experience marketing a digital product or service and driving measurable growth outcomes.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, including SEO, PPC, paid media and digital acquisition strategies.
Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable using data to inform decision-making.
Able to work autonomously, take ownership and thrive within a growing business.
Experience working in a scale-up, start-up or high-growth environment would be advantageous.
A genuine interest in sport, fitness and active lifestyles is essential.
Experience marketing to sport, fitness, participation event or membership-based audiences would be highly desirable.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
