We're working with a successful performance marketing agency to help them find a Digital Account Manager. They help ambitious brands achieve measurable growth through a mix of SEO, Digital PR, PPC and Paid Social. Their client portfolio includes growing national and international brands, giving you exposure to a diverse range of sectors, challenges and campaigns.
They combine technical expertise with a genuinely collaborative approach to client service.
The Role:
As Digital Account Manager, you'll be the person who keeps client relationships strong, projects moving and campaigns on track.
Working closely with senior Account Leads and digital specialists, you'll act as a trusted day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed and confident in the work being delivered.
You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, solving problems before they become issues and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a portfolio of digital marketing clients
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinating activity across SEO, PPC, Paid Social and Digital PR campaigns
- Monitoring account performance and client satisfaction
- Supporting account growth through proactive client management
- Keeping projects organised, on schedule and running smoothly
- Working closely with internal specialists to deliver outstanding client outcomes
- Helping identify opportunities to add value and strengthen client partnerships
About You:
You'll already have around three years' agency experience and be comfortable juggling multiple client accounts at once.
You don't need to be a hands-on digital specialist, but you should understand the fundamentals of performance marketing and enjoy working in a data-driven environment.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes pride in doing a great job.
