We are seeking Nursery Practitioners to join our vibrant team at Little Brambles Day Nursery in Cottam, Preston. This role is vital in supporting our mission to create a stimulating environment where children lead their own learning journeys. Salary negotiable subject to experience and roles. We reward hard work and dedication and this will be refelcted.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities based on children's interests and developmental needs.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children.
- Support children's emotional and social development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursery practices.

- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
- Great communication with children and adults (tiny humans deserve big respect)
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Early Years Educator).
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
