EES are seeking a highly organized and proactive contracts co-ordinator to join our team, we are open to experienced applicants aswel as motivated indviduals seeking a trainee position with in house training provided
This position would be for an individual to work along side management to co-ordinate the day to day running of the existing projects with the clients and engineers with all associated items to ensure the company’s standards are met
This is a full time office based position Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
We require someone who is willing to progress and develop this position brining new ideas to the company.
Training will be given to understand the technical aspect of a lightning protection system which will assist in the programming and running of projects.
Duties & reasonability
·Overseeing the daily management of all live projects
·Scheduling and coordinating daily work for a team of 10 engineers
· Providing engineers all associated paperwork for each project
·· Compile Clients Reports from Engineers observations
· Updating clients on status of their project
· Review and issuing of any variation works on projects.
· Liaise with clients as to their needs
· Ordering and managing materials stock
· Managing and maintaining engineers training requirements
· General Administration
· Producing Method & Risk Assessments (after attending course)
Requirements;
The individual should have very good attention to detail,
Use of common sense and bringing new ideas to current procedures
Strong IT Skills
Experience within construction industry
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
A want to learn and understand areas in more depth and develop within a company
This position would not suit someone who is not looking further their career

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
