Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored home care services based on individual care plans, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily routines
- Support clients with household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and medication reminders
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Use IT tools to update care records accurately and ensure documentation is current and comprehensive
- Drive safely to clients’ homes, ensuring punctuality and reliability for scheduled visits
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
- Promote independence and dignity while respecting clients’ privacy and choices
Experience
- Previous experience in home care, a care home environment, or similar settings is advantageous but not required; full training will be provided
- Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license to travel between client locations efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Basic IT literacy for managing electronic care plans and documentation accurately
- Knowledge of care plans, medication protocols, and health & safety standards is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and active listening in all interactions

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
