To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Senior Carer.
To support and enable Service Users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual.
To maintain skills at a current level, undertake such training and development as required from time-to-time to maintain and progress knowledge.
Our care home Longhill House are looking to recruit a day carer, 30 hr post. 7am until 7pm, half shifts 7am until 1pm, or 1pm to 7pm. Experience isn't essential. Someone who is kind natured, caring and wanting to go that extra mile, willing to learn and work as part of a team, then we would love to hear from you.
Whilst this job is minimum wage £12.71 per hour, we do offer paid breaks.
