Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team, responsible for a variety of construction tasks across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various building techniques and trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires proficiency in both hand and power tools, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with other tradespeople.
Duties
- Engage in masonry work for bricklaying and stone setting
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assigned tasks
- Fabricate components as required, ensuring precision and quality control
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in General Building, Including Demolition, Steel work, Insulating, Dry Lining etc.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to construction tasks
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour for extended periods
- A valid driving licence.
- Own form of Transport.
- Own hand and power tools. Some will be provided.
