Your tasks
12-month trainee program
Initial onboarding takes place at our European headquarter in Munich, Germany
The rest will take place remotely (Home Office)
- Rotation through various relevant departments such as Internal Sales, External Sales, Product Management, Quality and more
- Getting to know our diverse, highly technical product portfolio and understanding complex engineering solutions.
- Responsibility for a demanding customer portfolio, expansion of existing client relationships, and identification of new business opportunities
- Technical consulting and driving the sales of complex, engineered customer solutions as well as our own products
- Assignment in technical sales / field service in UK
- Close collaboration with the assigned sales representative and sales manager
Job profile
- Strong technical affinity and passion for innovative topics
- Completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a Business / Sales degree with a strong, proven focus on technical industries OR an excellent completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechanics) or a commercial field with profound technical experience.
- Ideally, initial experience in consulting and selling technically sophisticated products
- Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented, structured, and independent working style
- High affinity for sales and excellent communication skills
- Very good command of English
