DAKS Electrical Contractors Ltd - We are a small family run business that provides end to end service and solutions in the electronics / electrical industry. Our focus has been currently on the maintenance and construction industry and we are looking for a new member to join our team and help us grow.
The position is a mixed role of both
customer service requiring the use of Microsoft and online applications, Good communication skills as customer booking are done over phone.
PA taking phone calls, calander management. Sending follow up emails and ensuring smooth running of the business.
must be able to self manage, highly motivated.
Mon - Fri
9.30am - 2.30pm
(unpaid half hour lunch break)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
