Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging F Gas Trainer to deliver specialised training programmes related to fluorinated gases. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of plumbing systems, and the ability to teach complex technical concepts effectively. Duties
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on F Gas regulations, safety procedures, and technical applications.
- Develop training materials that are clear, comprehensive, and tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Assess trainee understanding through practical demonstrations and written assessments.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees throughout their learning journey, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Keep abreast of updates in F Gas legislation, plumbing standards, and IT tools utilised in training delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and certification status.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Organise training schedules and coordinate resources efficiently to maximise programme effectiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing or related technical fields with a strong understanding of F Gas regulations.
- Prior teaching or training experience is essential, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent organisational skills to plan sessions, manage resources, and maintain documentation accurately.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Familiarity with IT systems used for training delivery or administration is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with colleagues and industry partners.
- A recognised qualification in plumbing or environmental regulation is preferred but not essential if complemented by significant practical experience.
- PTLS or TAQA teaching qualification Essential
