Self-Employed Delivery Driver – Permanent Opportunity
DPD Multi-Franchise Operator | Leicester
We are a DPD multi-franchise operator currently recruiting reliable, professional, and hardworking self-employed delivery drivers for permanent delivery routes across Leicester.
This is a long-term self-employed opportunity with consistent work, stable routes, and ongoing support.
What We Offer
Minimum guaranteed day rate of £100
£1 per stop after 100 stops

Every 4weeks payment structure
Ongoing work available all year round
Training
All new drivers will complete 3 days of on-road training to ensure full understanding of the route structure, DPD delivery procedures, handheld scanners, and customer service expectations.
Van Take-Home Option
Drivers may take the van home for an optional contribution of £150 per month.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels safely and efficiently
- Complete assigned routes within scheduled times
- Use DPD handheld scanners and systems correctly
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects immediately
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Follow all road safety and compliance procedures
Requirements
To begin the onboarding process, applicants must provide:
- Passport or valid right-to-work document
- Be aged 22 or Over.
- UK Driving Licence (front & back)
- National Insurance proof
- DBS receipt or certificate
- Email address
- Start Immediately
- We are looking for drivers who can start as soon as possible.
