We are looking for a Head Chef who has a passion for cooking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional food and is compassionate when leading and motivating a team. From the outside it’s your archetypal country inn… step inside and the main bar and eating area offers a bespoke contemporary interior, with modern twists, creating a comfortable, relaxed dining and drinking atmosphere.
The menu offers imaginative food at reasonable prices, including traditional favourites, grills and scrummy puddings! The wine list is a bit different too; with plenty of choice and an extensive list of wines by the glass. If wine’s not your thing, don’t worry, try a pint from the great range of continental lagers, the locally brewed beers or the cask conditioned award-winning Liberation Ale.
