We are currently recruiting for Mental Health Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our growing team in supported living and residential care services across Enfield, Barnet, and North Finchley.

Location: Enfield, Barnet, North Finchley
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) or Bank
Shifts: Days, Waking Nights & Sleep-ins
Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour
Sleep-in: £45 per shift
Overtime Available – Earn more by working extra hours

Key Responsibilities
Support individuals with mental health needs and complex behaviours
Deliver person-centred care and support plans
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour
Provide personal care (washing, dressing, etc.)
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support service users with appointments and activities
Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (required)
Minimum 1 year experience in mental health or care
Experience managing challenging behaviour
Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Psychology qualification (desirable)
