Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hairdressing services such as cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Offer advice on hair care routines and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work station in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Upsell hair care products and additional services to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Assist with store management duties including stock replenishment and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building strong rapport with clients.
