Job Title: Brand & Operations Assistant
Pay: £25,000.00 to £28,000.00 per year

We are launching a new direct to consumer fashion brand and are looking for a driven, organised Brand Assistant to help bring it to life from the ground up. This is a hands on role for someone who wants to be part of building a brand, not just supporting one.
You will work closely with the founding team across every stage of the launch, from early product decisions through to going live. It suits someone proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to roll their sleeves up in a fast moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting product development, sampling, and range decisions
- Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers on timelines and orders
- Helping shape brand identity, positioning, and the launch plan
- Researching competitors, pricing, and market positioning
- Tracking stock, deliveries, and production milestones
- Supporting content days, shoots, and launch events (planning and organisation)
- Helping set up the brand's online presence and sales channels
- Liaising with team members, freelancers, and external partners
- Keeping projects, tasks, and deadlines on track
- General administrative support to keep the launch moving
Required Skills & Experience
- Genuine interest in fashion, retail, or building consumer brands
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and a proactive, can do attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Confident using digital tools (Google Workspace, calendars, task managers)
- Previous experience in fashion, ecommerce, marketing, or admin is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work flexibly (some evenings or weekends will be required)
