Holiday Club Activity Assistant
Future Survival is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Holiday Club Activity Assistant to support our upcoming HAF holiday club programme.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with children and young people, is confident helping to run activities, and can support a safe, fun and structured environment during our holiday club sessions.
The role will involve supporting children during activities such as laser tag, gaming, crafts, STEM activities, games, lunch breaks and general holiday club sessions. You will be working as part of a team to help make sure children are safe, engaged and having a positive experience.
Applicants must have previous experience working with children. This could be through childcare, education, youth work, holiday clubs, coaching, activity sessions, volunteering or similar roles.
Applicants must already hold a current DBS check, as we are not likely to have enough time to process and receive a new DBS before the holiday club starts. Please make this clear when applying.
We will provide the required HAF safeguarding training before the holiday club starts. First aid and food hygiene training are not essential for this role, although they would be an advantage.
The holiday club will run across the following dates. Applicants must be able to commit to working a minimum of 16 of these dates, although there may be the option to work all dates if available.
