Job Title: Quality Representative
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Location: JLR Solihull and Wolverhampton Automotive Plant
Contract Length: Up to 12 months
About the Role:
We are looking for a Quality Representative to join a busy automotive plant in Solihull and Wolverhampton. This is a long-term contract role, with the potential to last up to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve quality concerns on-site
- Ensure consistent quality throughout the production process
- Carry out containment, sorting, and rework tasks when needed
- Collect accurate data and provide daily reports
- Work with suppliers to find and fix root causes of defects
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in automotive manufacturing and quality processes (preferred)
- Degree or equivalent in an automotive-related subject (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
