What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate examination, maintenance and fault-finding activities
Support, coach and mentor colleagues
Ensure work is completed safely and in line with fleet standards
Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence
Act as a key link between production teams and the Production Office
What You'll Bring
✔ Minimum SE1 competency
✔ 2½ years' relevant engineering experience
✔ Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
✔ Positive leadership approach and excellent communication skills
✔ Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
