Dandelion Day Nursery and Kids Club is in the enviable position of not only being RAF Coningsby’s nursery but, due to our location, we are also able to support the children and families from the local community. Being able to provide a link between RAF Coningsby and the local civilian population is a vital part of our role and one that we are proud to do.
We are a fully inclusive setting and pride ourselves on the relationships that we build with our children and their families.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting children’s learning through play and exploration
- Helping create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observing and recording children’s development
- Working together as part of a friendly and supportive team
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 2 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- A Level 3 qualification (preferred but not essential)
- A genuine love for working with young children
- A positive, reliable, and caring attitude
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- An understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
